About the role

Join Bosch's global supply chain network as a Warehouse Operations Trainee in Budapest. This internship offers hands‑on experience across supplier management, master data governance, procurement coordination, and logistics processes within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor quality notifications in ERP systems and support inbound delivery quality improvements.
• Maintain, cleanse, and correct logistics‑related master data across multiple entities.
• Create and maintain operational data, coordinate transportation for procurement and consumable materials.
• Review exceptional invoice cases, validate service confirmations, and support financial compliance.
• Execute system‑based scrapping processes, support inventory accuracy, and manage material lifecycle documentation.
• Assist in preparing replenishment demand forecasts and provide forecast information to external partners.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated to work in a fast‑paced, international business environment.
