Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Remote, Hungary)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to support the launch and operation of an interim Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing program for a client. This fully remote position in Hungary focuses on coordinating requisitions, suppliers, and candidates rather than direct sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requisition intake and develop staffing strategies with hiring managers.
• Align external staffing suppliers to hiring requirements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection processes.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in Fieldglass.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
• Support reporting, scheduling, invoicing, and documentation of processes.
• Identify and escalate delays or gaps in the staffing workflow.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (pharmaceutical/life‑sciences experience preferred).
• Proven ability to coordinate third‑party staffing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
