Technical Assistant for Plant Management

About the role

Support plant management in decision‑making, prepare and document steering meetings, and coordinate visits from senior executives. The role acts as a liaison between the plant and Bosch central departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, document and communicate Plant Steering Meetings.
• Organise professional visits for executive and senior management.
• Liaise with PT and Bosch central departments.
• Execute and manage project tasks and coordinate corporate analyses and reports.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or engineering.
• Business English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a multinational company, including at least 1 year at Bosch.

Required skills

• Project management experience.
• Purchasing experience.
