Technical Trainer – HVAC After Sales

About the role

Join Bosch's international HVAC after‑sales team as a Technical Trainer. You will become the go‑to expert for service partners, installers and internal colleagues, delivering hands‑on training on cutting‑edge heating and cooling technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face technical trainings for external service partners, installers, planners and internal staff.
• Create and localise country‑specific training materials, including presentations, curricula, e‑learning modules, videos and animations.
• Support troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance and repair activities both remotely and on‑site.
• Act as the technical expert for HVAC products such as heat pumps, gas boilers and air conditioners.
• Manage training administration, e‑learning content and schedules in the e‑academy platform.
• Maintain the training centre infrastructure and provide back‑office support for training logistics.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance together with service partners during commissioning and repair tasks.
• Participate in regional trainings and international train‑the‑trainer programmes.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
• Fluent Hungarian and business‑level English.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical or HVAC‑related role.
• Technical education in HVAC engineering or a related field.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage stressful situations.
• Self‑driven, motivated and able to work well in a team.
