Training & Development Operations Specialist (German & English)

About the role

As a Training & Development Operations Specialist at Bosch, you will support learning and development processes for the Central Eastern European region. You will coordinate training activities, manage administration, and act as a trusted partner for stakeholders on associate development topics.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and administer training events across multiple countries, handling requests, event logistics, invoicing and reporting.
• Prepare training documentation, monitor effectiveness and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing expertise on associate development.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting training and ensure compliance.
• Support the rollout of new learning systems, tools and processes.
• Maintain high‑quality service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to streamline learning administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and make decisions.
• Intermediate German and English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
