Visual Merchandiser – Arena Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to support the Arena Mall store in Budapest. You will help maintain the iconic Levi’s brand image while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand standards by following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, correctly tagged, and aligned with sales targets.
• Train store associates on visual standards and merchandising best practices.
• Provide top‑level customer service and support the sales team.
• Submit regular feedback to Head Office using VMR checklists and photos.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to understand and apply VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Creative, trend‑aware, and disciplined with time and deadlines.
• Capable of proposing commercial VM ideas that improve results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with retail display standards.
