Senior Paid Social Consultant

About the role

As part of DEPT®'s Creative & Media team, you will join a mix of creatives, influencer marketers, brand strategists and performance consultants. We are looking for a proactive Paid Social Specialist who is eager to develop expertise and contribute passion to paid social for ambitious brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, set‑up and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign data and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
• Design and run A/B tests to compare ad variations, targeting strategies or landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise campaigns and ensure KPI alignment.
• Manage budgets, prepare forecasts and media plans for paid social.
• Define target audiences and collaborate with design teams on creative assets.
• Implement conversion tracking (pixels, tags) with data teams.

Required profile

• Pro‑active, open‑minded and eager to learn.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on paid social experience.
• Experience managing budgets above €100 K.
• Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Fluent English and able to work onsite in Budapest.

Required skills

• Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Excel and Pivot tables for data analysis.
• A/B testing and incremental/brand lift study methodologies.
• Social advertising tools such as Smartly, Hunch, Adverity or Sprinklr.
• Conversion tracking implementation (pixels, tags).
