Team Leader – HR Services (2-year fixed-term maternity cover)

About the role

As a Team Leader within Bosch Group Business Services you will lead the Contract Changes and EXIT teams, delivering HR services across Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Serbia. You will manage a diverse group of about 23 associates and interns, combining strong people leadership with operational responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~23 associates and interns across four countries.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of Contract Changes and EXIT services and monitor KPIs, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive harmonisation, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes across locations.
• Manage operational escalations, complex cases and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Several years of people‑leadership experience with direct responsibility for a large team.
• Proven track record in performance management, talent development and building engaged teams.
• Experience managing complex HR services or shared‑services operations in an international environment.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
