Agile Coordinator / Scrum Master

About the role

The Agile Coordinator/Scrum Master bridges business needs with technology solutions, guiding Agile delivery for ServiceMax and Salesforce based field service applications. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, value‑driven IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to analyse, document and translate requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives – and remove impediments.
• Support backlog prioritisation, conduct gap analysis, and perform impact assessments.
• Validate delivered solutions through UAT support, functional testing, defect triage and release readiness.
• Apply ServiceMax functional knowledge to field service processes such as work orders, contracts, dispatching and mobile execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on functional experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to influence without authority.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability.
