Digital Marketing Specialist – HVAC (Fixed-Term)

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Bosch Home Comfort, you will own the regional digital strategy for the South East Europe (SEE) market. You will lead and optimise digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels, driving measurable business impact and strengthening the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the regional digital marketing strategy for the SEE region.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise campaigns across Search, SEO, SEA, GEO and Social Media channels.
• Analyse performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations and define SMART KPIs.
• Coordinate digital campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional priorities.
• Support marketing and sales teams with data‑driven decision making and best‑practice guidance.
• Identify and test improvements to online customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, platform updates and algorithm changes to keep digital execution state‑of‑the‑art.
• Evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies to enhance Bosch Home Comfort’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing and evaluating online marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven optimisation.
