HR Administrator Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an HR Administrator Intern and support our human resources team in delivering efficient, confidential services to employees. This position offers a blend of on‑site and remote work, giving you practical experience in HR operations while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming HR requests through the ticketing system, prioritising, tracking and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Process back‑office HR tasks related to contract modifications.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide administrative support such as printing, routing documents for signature and managing filing systems.
• Communicate with HR Business Partners and employees via the ticketing platform to clarify requests and give status updates.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with data‑protection and company policies.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Awareness of confidentiality and data‑protection best practices.
• Availability for an average of 30 hours per week and on‑site presence 2‑3 days per week.

Required skills

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP (advantage).
