HR Business Partner – Manufacturing

About the role

Ceva is looking for a full-time HR Business Partner for its Phylaxia Campus in Budapest's 10th district, part of the French Ceva Animal Health group, which has more than 100 years of history in veterinary medicine. Reporting to the HR Director, the role supports a growing business in Hungary and ensures the timely delivery of the annual HR lifecycle and the effective execution of HR projects and processes in line with global and campus strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Organizational design and effectiveness: support managers in improving organizational effectiveness and make sure the right people with the right skills are in the right roles
• Partner with leaders and managers: translate global and business strategy into local reality and help them solve HR challenges so they can lead their teams
• Use facts, data and KPIs in decision making
• Employee management: act as a key contact for HR matters alongside managers, manage employee relations and individual situations, understand the works council environment, and drive performance management and talent development
• Change management: lead HR projects and drive change
