Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant (Ukrainian Speaking)

About the role

Syngenta Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant in Budapest. The role combines agile responsiveness with accurate execution, supporting recruitment operations with a strategic mindset so that hiring is swift, precise and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Handle talent acquisition-related administrative tasks
• Manage job postings across various platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
• Assist with candidate communications
• Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding administrative tasks
• Maintain recruitment databases up to date
• Give stakeholders timely updates on recruitment progress
• Prioritise hiring needs by assessing their urgency and impact
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is an advantage
• Experience in customer service, talent acquisition or administration is an advantage
• Fluent English and at least intermediate Ukrainian
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
