HR Generalist Intern (Serbian or Romanian speaker)

About the role

Join Bosch's first regional HR Service Hub in Central Eastern Europe as an HR Generalist Intern. You will support a multinational HR team throughout the employee lifecycle, handling requests, providing guidance, and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, data changes, and off‑boarding activities.
• Manage incoming HR requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
• Provide employees with clear information on HR processes and policies.
• Assist in continuous improvement of HR processes and handle ad‑hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work closely with experienced HR colleagues in a fast‑paced, customer‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) willing to work ≥30 hours/week for at least 6 months.
• Native Serbian or Romanian language skills and strong English proficiency.
• Strong interest in building HR experience.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Reliability, ownership mindset, and a customer‑focused attitude.
