HR Operations Specialist - German Speaking

About the role

As a German‑Speaking HR Operations Specialist you will support the HR administration and employee‑lifecycle processes for Bosch's Austrian organization. You will ensure high‑quality HR services, data accuracy and a smooth employee experience while working closely with HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR requests via the ticketing system, prioritising, tracking, resolving and escalating cases as needed.
• Provide guidance on contract management, compensation, benefits and other employee‑lifecycle topics.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (OM/PM) ensuring data integrity.
• Handle process‑related attributes in SAP HR Core and keep HR documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with Austrian HR Business Partners to clarify requests and communicate status.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and data‑protection requirements.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Identify and propose improvements to HR processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR services, administration or a comparable support function.
• Fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data‑protection principles.
