HRIS Implementation Specialist

About the role

As an HRIS Implementation Specialist you will guide clients through the full lifecycle of HR system deployments, from initial onboarding to go‑live and post‑implementation support. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth configuration, data migration and training for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, attend kick‑off meetings and implementation workshops.
• Gather and document business requirements, recommend platform configurations, and configure HR workflows, employee records and organisational structures.
• Support data imports, system integrations, and conduct testing to validate configurations before go‑live.
• Deliver client training sessions, prepare implementation documentation and assist during go‑live activities.
• Maintain project plans, track risks and actions, and escalate issues to senior consultants when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience implementing HRIS or other business software.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
