IT Lead Consultant / Service Delivery Lead – Cloud CRM (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Cloud CRM Lead Consultant to join its Commercial Managed Services team in Hungary. In this remote, full‑time position you will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving customer engagements and leading the delivery of live Veeva commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams, guide consultants, and oversee configuration changes, feature activations, and system enhancements.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, managing expectations, leading workshops, and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs on the Vault CRM platform.
• Proactively guide clients toward Veeva and life‑sciences industry best practices while ensuring seamless integration and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience configuring, supporting, or implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and owning end‑to‑end client deliverables.
• Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
