Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

Shift4 is building a new technical invoicing and processing platform to replace its legacy system. As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will lead product definition, roadmap and agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
• Work with architects to design a scalable data model for the new platform.
• Act as Product Owner in Scrum, manage the backlog, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Engage stakeholders, provide documentation, training and ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX and PCI.

• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Team player comfortable collaborating with developers, designers and business stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• 5+ years experience in software product management with a technical focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP and invoicing platforms is a plus.
