About the role

Join Bosch’s 2‑year Junior Managers Program in the commercial field, based in Budapest. You will rotate through multiple business units, work on real projects and develop the skills needed to become a future leader.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 4‑6 short‑term rotations across commercial functions.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, economics or a related commercial discipline.
• Up to 4 years of work experience or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for leadership and innovation.
