Junior PPC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Budapest. You will manage and optimise campaigns across search and social channels, driving performance and gaining hands‑on experience with multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences and creative content.
• Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality results.
• Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media.

Required profile

• Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising.
• 1‑2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach.
• Eager to learn, adapt and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
