About the role

Jabil, a manufacturer of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions for leading global brands, is looking for a Lead Specialist Compliance & Supply Chain in Tiszaujvaros. The role establishes systems and procedures so that all staff are aware of and comply with requirements, and coordinates and carries out assessments of internal controls to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specialized compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Monitor global regulatory changes and evaluate their business impact
• Develop and implement tailored compliance policies and controls
• Advise leadership on strategic compliance decisions
• Represent the organization in external forums and audits
• Integrate compliance across business functions through collaboration
• Drive training and communication efforts to improve compliance maturity
• Contribute to global compliance strategy and regional alignment

Required profile

• Typically 8 to 12 years of experience
• Typically a college or university degree
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and align geographically dispersed teams

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and influence across stakeholders
• Ability to turn legal requirements into policies and controls
