Legal Operations, AI & Learning Specialist

About the role

Syngenta Group is looking for a Legal Operations, AI & Learning Specialist in Budapest. You will help drive engagement, awareness and adoption of Legal Operations tools, analytic dashboards and future solutions across the global Legal organization, working closely with Legal Operations product owners and Legal colleagues. AI capability is a core requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Legal Operations tools and build and run learning and engagement plans for new tools and features
• Create onboarding journeys, training material, user guides, videos, FAQs and quick reference resources, and deliver live training, webinars and demonstrations
• Adapt learning content to different audiences and keep it up to date as tools and processes change
• Apply AI tools to improve Legal Operations processes, identify and implement AI use cases, train colleagues on AI workflows and monitor AI developments
• Monitor training participation and adoption, collect user feedback and turn it into recommendations for product owners
• Support the rollout of new tools and coordinate learning, training and communication within Legal Operations projects, working with Legal Operations, Legal teams, IT and vendors

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in communications, learning, technology adoption, Legal Operations, change management or a related area
• Genuine interest and hands-on AI capabilities, able to identify practical AI use cases and turn them into workflows, examples and training
• Excellent English and proven experience designing and delivering learning, communications and change enablement initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and project coordination skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Legal Operations or legal teams
• Familiarity with platforms such as Brightflag, Onit, CLM, Articulate, Synthesia, Figma, Canva and analytics platforms
• Project management methodology experience and support for global teams
• Digital learning and communication content creation (video, e-learning, presentations)
