Manager, Solution Operations, Agent Suite

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Solution Operations for its new Agent Suite offering. In this role you will help build and operationalise governance, reporting and process frameworks for a fast‑growing AI consulting capability that serves banks, merchants and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale governance structures for the Agent Suite AI consulting practice.
• Develop reporting mechanisms that ensure compliance, resilience and responsible innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline operations as the team expands.
• Monitor and improve operational excellence, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the launch and ongoing management of customizable AI agents for enterprise customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or operations management within technology or financial services.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
