Marketing Manager – Biopharmaceuticals

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare, a biologic therapeutics company offering biosimilar products in nearly 110 countries, is looking for a Marketing Manager for its growing Hungarian team based in the WestEnd Office Towers in central Budapest. You will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services
• Create and run marketing campaigns across print and events, including digital initiatives, congresses and symposia
• Oversee market research and analysis of customer behaviour and needs
• Develop brand strategy and product positioning
• Lead annual marketing planning and optimise performance through ROI analysis
• Develop promotional materials such as detail aids and brochures
• Work closely with Sales for execution alignment and with Medical for scientific validation

Required profile

• University degree; Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Previous experience in an international (ideally pharmaceutical) company in a similar managerial role
• Proven product launch experience in a multinational pharma company
• Experience targeting rheumatologists, gastroenterologists and/or dermatologists
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in pharma
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hungarian and English language skills
