About the role

As the Mobility Operations & Technology Team Lead at Roche, you will shape and lead a global team responsible for mobility finances, compensation, and workflow administration. You will drive continuous improvement of technology‑enabled processes while collaborating closely with payroll, finance, and other mobility leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse Mobility Operations team, focusing on finances, compensation, and workflow administration.
• Design, refine, and continuously improve operational processes aligned with Roche’s standards.
• Monitor global performance and compliance, ensuring data integrity across company systems.
• Oversee quality and reliability of mobility systems, coordinating with payroll and finance for accurate billing.
• Provide guidance on complex operational issues, deliver training on process updates, and foster a culture of innovation.
• Contribute to strategic decision‑making as a member of the Mobility Area of Practice Leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven leader capable of managing global, self‑organized teams and supporting individual career development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relocation or mobility, preferably in an operations‑ or technology‑focused role.
• Strategic problem‑solver with strong conflict‑resolution skills.
• Technology‑minded innovator with a proactive approach to applying technology across processes.
• Excellent communicator with strong English language skills.
