Reward Partner – Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

Roche is seeking a Reward Partner to join the People & Culture team in Budapest. You will work across the EMEA region, designing and managing innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and People & Culture Business Partners on advanced compensation and benefits topics.
• Design, implement, and communicate rewards programs and policies.
• Monitor compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to Reward Analysts within People Support Solutions.
• Participate in global and local project squads to enhance compensation practices.

Required profile

• Deep expertise and experience in compensation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Growth mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and global environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Gemini AI suite for analysis.
