Production Quality Engineer (MSE3.1) - Q-Teamer

About the role

Bosch's Hatvan plant, the largest production site of the Automotive Electronics division, is looking for a Q-Teamer / Production Quality Engineer (MSE3.1). The role covers the CCON production flow segment, with responsibility for internal defect costs, process quality gates and claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor quality indicators and lead own projects to improve relevant KPIs
• Lead production-related customer claims using the 8D method
• Derive and implement failure prevention measures and systematic improvements
• Support supplier claims
• Risk evaluate part deviations together with the international development team
• Prepare quality assurance plans for new products
• Prepare and assist in carrying out audits

Required profile

• University or college degree, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering; quality specialization is an advantage
• Experience in quality assurance and knowledge of problem-solving methods
• Independent way of thinking, good logical and analytical skills, and good communication skills
• Intermediate level of English
