Project Manager – Digital Campaigns

About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team – the force behind data‑driven, creative campaigns for clients like eBay, Douglas, Aldi, and Brother. You will be responsible for planning, structuring, and managing complex digital projects at local, DACH, and international levels, collaborating with teams across countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand and creative projects across multiple touchpoints, from strategy and ideation to production and delivery.
• Define, manage and execute media projects to meet client objectives while maintaining profitability.
• Manage complex timelines, budgets, scope, and risks to ensure optimal quality.
• Foster collaboration among cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver business results.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, manage expectations and identify new opportunities.
• Support project estimation and generate offerings or change requests.

Required profile

• Prior agency experience as a Project Manager, preferably in creative or media environments.
• Experience delivering cross‑functional digital marketing projects.
• Strong understanding of social media.
• Ability to balance time, quality, and budget while keeping a big‑picture perspective.
• Proactive communication to keep stakeholders updated.
• Commitment to client satisfaction and team success.
