Regional Portfolio Specialist

About the role

As a Regional Portfolio Specialist you will support the Global Tools product portfolio across Europe and the Asia‑Pacific industrialized markets. You will act as a bridge between local sales and marketing teams and global product management, ensuring successful product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the regional portfolio of product executions, including promotions and standard activities.
• Support global product management and regional teams in implementing product launches, go‑to‑market initiatives and competitor benchmarking.
• Collect and consolidate product data throughout the product lifecycle and provide insights to sales and marketing.
• Facilitate information flow between regional sales/marketing and global product teams.
• Provide hands‑on support for key sales events.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product portfolios, analytical skills and experience in intercultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team attitude.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
