Sales and Medical Assistant

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare, a biologic therapeutics company with its Hungarian branch established in 2012 and based in WestEnd Office Towers in central Budapest, is hiring a Sales and Medical Assistant. This is a newly created role supporting the sales and medical teams with administrative, operational and coordination tasks so that commercial and medical activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, material and customer management support to the Sales and Medical teams
• Plan, prepare and run medical congresses and scientific seminars
• Manage HCP contracts, including coordination, documentation and compliance
• Support Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs activities across six Eastern European countries (Hungary, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia)
• Oversight of local supply chain management, including wholesaler forecasting, inventory management, sales reconciliation and order processing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales support or commercial support roles
• Good English and Hungarian verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate across functions

• Advanced MS Excel
• Strong communication skills and execution capability
