Sales Development Representative – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will be the front‑face of Hustler Marketing, driving new business for our digital agency services aimed at DTC brands. Working remotely, you will own the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging AI and modern tooling to maximise efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline using cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls and other channels.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom or Google Meet, tailoring pitches to each prospect.
• Research, qualify and nurture leads, maintaining clean records in the CRM.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline outreach, personalization and follow‑up.
• Identify friction in sales processes, test new strategies and report results to the Vice President and Managing Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and upsell existing ones.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling digital agency services, preferably to DTC brands, with a full‑cycle outbound approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable questioning and improving workflows.
