Sales Engineer

About the role

Boam AI is looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge product, engineering and top‑tier partners such as Uber Eats and Toast. You will lead pilots, integrations and early deployments, turning partner data into reliable intelligence for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments, handling technical discovery and solution design.
• Support implementation across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections, and translate customer needs into clear tickets and specifications.
• Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets and playbooks, and track pilot success metrics.
• Collect structured feedback during pilots and provide input into product road‑maps.

Required profile

• 3–6 years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience with API integrations, data operations and automation through scripting or SQL.
• Strong communicator able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Motivated by solving real customer problems and delivering impact.
