Senior Consultant – Safety Managed Services (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Managed Services team, supporting pharmaceutical customers on Vault Safety. The role combines deep drug‑safety expertise with hands‑on configuration of Veeva’s SaaS platform, helping clients achieve efficient pharmacovigilance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead life‑sciences customers in rapid configuration of Vault Safety.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
• Analyze customer requirements and design Vault Safety solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and guide post‑implementation adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with product and implementation teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• 4+ years in a consulting or customer‑facing software implementation role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, healthcare or STEM.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault configuration.
• Experience with regulated systems such as ArisG or Oracle Argus.
• SaaS/Cloud platform knowledge.
• Software validation processes.
• Agile methodology.
