Senior Infor LN Technical Specialist

About the role

Greif is looking for an experienced Senior Infor LN (Baan) Technical Specialist to support, stabilise and continuously improve its global enterprise application environment, with a focus on Infor ERP LN and its technical ecosystem. The role sits in the Global Applications Technical Support team and suits a hands-on expert who enjoys solving complex system problems. It is a senior-level position requiring proven Infor ERP LN experience across at least two full implementation cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned areas within Infor ERP LN and related platforms, and monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex system, technical and performance issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions, helping ensure system stability, reliability and operational readiness.
• Strengthen monitoring, alerting and support processes, and provide expert input to technical administration, system health and platform performance.
• Support integrations and work with Development, Infrastructure and Integration teams to improve end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during upgrades, enhancements and project initiatives, and support major upgrade and improvement programmes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline support and reduce recurring issues, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable practical experience.
• Hands-on Infor ERP LN experience in technical implementation, administration or advanced system support, covering technical changes, upgrades, integrations and performance activities.
• Completion of at least two full implementation cycles.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach, able to work independently and in a global, cross-functional environment.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases is strongly preferred.
• Experience with scripting, automation or DevOps practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured support environments is an advantage.

• Pay range of HUF 14,254,900 to 24,233,300 per year, typically 16,800,000 to 20,400,000 for new hires, with possible short-term incentives.
