Senior Product Manager (IT/Cyber Risk)

About the role

You will own a strategic product area in Diligent's global GRC SaaS platform, shaping how AI transforms IT and cyber risk management at scale. The role combines product vision, roadmap ownership, and close collaboration with engineering, design, data science and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for IT & Cyber Risk on a global GRC SaaS platform.
• Design and deliver AI‑powered features such as large language models, agents and machine‑learning models to automate risk identification, assessment and reporting.
• Partner with engineering, data science and design to define technical approaches, ship releases across web, mobile and API, and iterate using product analytics.
• Engage regularly with CISOs, security leaders and risk managers to translate market insights into product bets.
• Define, track and communicate product KPIs, AI performance metrics and north‑star outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience building SaaS products.
• Proven track record delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end‑to‑end.
• Deep domain experience in IT risk, cyber risk or information security, working closely with CISOs and security functions.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI‑powered product features using LLMs, agents or ML models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior cross‑functional teams.
