Senior Staff Software Engineer

About the role

At Cision we build software that supports large‑scale, global enterprise infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Staff Full‑Stack Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of internal platforms used by enterprise infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and own full‑stack platforms that serve infrastructure and operations teams.
• Design systems that ingest, process, analyze, and expose large volumes of operational data.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for collection, enrichment, and querying.
• Create web interfaces with advanced search, filtering, and usability for technical users.
• Ensure applications are containerized and production‑ready using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or staff‑level roles.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous problem spaces and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong backend engineering background with experience in API design and data‑intensive services.
• Excellent technical judgment, communication skills, and ability to influence without formal authority.
