About the role

The Spare parts and spare part packaging coordinator supports the creation and management of packaging information for spare parts, ensuring product‑specific requirements are met and contributing to the efficient flow of critical components within our automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and preparing packaging information for spare parts, ensuring product‑specific requirements are met during planning and assembly.
• Handle diverse tasks within spare‑part management to support the efficient flow of critical components.
• Participate in the annual spare‑part cycle, helping to plan, organise and execute essential processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Fluent in German, English and Hungarian at C1 level or higher.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability to new tools and evolving business needs.
• Excellent intercultural awareness and collaborative mindset for an international environment.
• Structured, detail‑oriented work style with strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative and ownership.
