Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Specialist in Finance & Accounting (F&A) covering Record to Report (R2R) and 4A. The role covers all month-end closing activities, including reporting, consolidation, statutory statements and reconciliation, and involves working closely with customers. It is a regular, hybrid position based in Hungary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing activities, including reviewing and posting month-end journal entries
• Handle reporting and consolidations, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and controls are executed on time
• Drive audit deliverables and the timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and handle quarterly intercompany processes
• Resolve balancing items
• Build customer relationships, lead process-update calls with customers and recommend process and automation improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Experience in accounting with closing and reporting exposure
• Advanced English (C1)
