Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) – Czech/Slovak speaking – 2‑year fixed‑term

About the role

As a Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding) you will join Bosch’s regional HR Service team in Vecsés and ensure a smooth, positive entry experience for new colleagues across the Czech and Slovak speaking markets. The role is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract, offering exposure to international HR processes and close collaboration with hiring managers, payroll and other HR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full onboarding journey, from contract preparation to first‑day integration.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SAP, manage medical check‑ups, and archive documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruitment, payroll and HR partners to approve compensation packages.
• Prepare reports, statistics and presentations using existing templates.
• Respond to onboarding‑related queries from internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with company and local regulations.
• Support knowledge‑sharing and training activities within the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, employee services or office administration.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar HR system) experience.
