About the role

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Budapest. The role delivers end-to-end recruitment for a designated international market, partnering closely with hiring managers and the Employer Brand team to attract, assess and hire diverse, high-quality talent. It is a permanent position at grade L5B.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned roles, from requisition intake through to offer management and acceptance
• Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies across multiple channels and ensure a strong candidate experience
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, giving market insight, hiring recommendations and constructive challenge
• Deliver diverse and inclusive shortlists in line with Diageo's inclusion and diversity commitments
• Work with Talent Sourcing Specialists on sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Manage recruitment activity against agreed service levels, hiring plans and workforce priorities, using data to track performance and improve continuously
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, data privacy and internal governance
• Share knowledge, mentor and contribute to team capability

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering in-house recruitment in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong experience delivering recruiting from a centralised hub into another international location
• Consultative and stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Experience championing inclusive hiring practices
• Desirable: experience supporting global or regional hiring portfolios and exposure to several functions or job families

Required skills

• Confident use of an advanced recruiting technology stack, including AI and automated systems
• Talent assessment through robust screening and interviewing
• Strong candidate communication and experience management
