Associate Principal - People Advisory

About the role

Genpact is looking for an Associate Principal for its People Advisory function, working remotely from Hungary. The role leads people-focused change and transformation work, combining talent management, organizational development and change management, and advises business leaders on complex people and change challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic direction for People Advisory, integrating talent management, organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Lead large-scale workforce transformation and change projects, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and support organizational agility.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to guide people-focused change interventions.
• Drive leadership development, talent management programs and succession planning efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people strategies and change initiatives through data and feedback.
• Advise business leaders on complex people and change management challenges.
• Mentor and develop People Advisory teams, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Represent the People Advisory function in key internal and external forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications such as MIHRM, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
• Proficiency in English (C2).
