People Operations Analyst (Dutch Speaker)

About the role

IFF is hiring a People Operations Analyst in its Budapest GSS office, working on a hybrid basis (office and remote). The role sits within an agile, customer-focused team that collaborates to solve difficult business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound employee queries through the Ticket Service System
• Provide consistent, accurate support using the HR knowledge base
• Educate employees and managers on HR resources and self-service tools
• Escalate or redirect inquiries to the right HR or external teams, such as Payroll
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems across the employee lifecycle
• Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• Identify and relay process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders and peers

Required profile

• Fluent English and Dutch, written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential HR information
• Experience in HR or customer contact centres is a plus
• Able to handle high volumes of inquiries accurately and on time

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and typing
• Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
