Technical Customer Support Agent (French Speaking)

About the role

Formlabs is looking for a multilingual Technical Customer Support Agent to assist customers, distributors and resellers across the EMEA region. You will use your French and English language skills to resolve technical issues and educate users on Formlabs 3D printing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Educate customers and resellers by training them on Formlabs printers and related workflows.
• Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their own customers.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to solve technical issues.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to quickly resolve technical issues (training will be provided).
• Strong listening skills and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone.
• Exceptional writing skills with proper spelling and grammar.
