Art Director (Brand Creative)

About the role

DEPT, a growth-invention agency combining technology and marketing, is looking for a versatile, forward-thinking Art Director to lead and execute high-impact work across a flagship account. The role covers fast-turnaround brand responses, high-production global campaigns, multi-market launches and client workshops, turning complex briefs into compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute big, bold ideas that raise brand presence and set new industry benchmarks.
• Deliver on-brand, high-craft work on brief, on budget and on time across digital-first content to large-scale global productions.
• Present concepts to senior internal leaders and external client stakeholders across the UK and US.
• Take part in creative sprints and design workshops with client and agency teams.
• Stay ahead of pop culture, creative tech trends and platform innovations.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, designers, producers and account leads.
• Help with new business pitches and expand the agency's creative footprint.

Required profile

• Showcase of integrated, multi-market campaign work across digital, social and traditional channels.
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools, and eagerness to explore creative tech and generative visual tools.
• Persuasive presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior global stakeholders.
• Nimble in fast-moving briefs, detailed under tight deadlines, and passionate about mentoring others.
