Associate Product Manager – Product Academy

About the role

Join Wise's Product Academy, a 12‑week learning programme that combines dedicated product‑management training with hands‑on project work. After graduation you will become a full‑time Associate Product Manager within Wise’s product team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in weekly product‑management sessions covering vision, strategy, road‑mapping, OKRs, KPIs, stakeholder management and agile development.
• Work on real product problems alongside engineers, using data to validate hypotheses, build solutions, measure impact and iterate.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in product‑related roles such as product engineering, solution architecture or data science.
• Experience working with data to inform decisions and a curiosity about digital product development.

Required skills

• Data‑driven decision making.
• Basic understanding of agile development processes.
