About the role

We are looking for an experienced manual TIG (arc) welder to lead and coordinate our production processes. The role involves ensuring the plant operates efficiently, meeting production targets, order deadlines, quality standards, and cost constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and direction of the manufacturing process, including capacity planning and workforce allocation.
• Guarantee plant operation in line with production goals, on‑time order fulfillment, quality, and budget.
• Propose and support development of manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑ or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in the production of welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of metal‑working, welding, and manufacturing technologies.
• At least an intermediate technical education (technical secondary school).
• Preferably a welding technologist qualification or a higher technical degree.
