Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a CRA II to support sponsor‑dedicated clinical trials, contributing to the development of innovative treatments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Review data and resolve queries to maintain high‑quality clinical data.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing study documentation such as protocols and clinical study reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
