Cloud CRM Consultant – System Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Cloud CRM Consultant to join its Commercial Managed Services team in Hungary. The role provides post‑go‑live consulting and administrative services for Veeva’s Commercial Cloud product suite, primarily the Vault CRM application.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑go‑live consulting and administrative services.
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing CRM software solutions.
• Experience in a customer‑facing or consulting role, managing customer expectations.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Vault CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• System configuration and data migration expertise.
