Contract & Invoice Operations Analyst (Italian Speaker)

About the role

Diageo is hiring a Contract & Invoice Operations Analyst in Budapest (grade L6A, permanent position). The role covers the Contract and Invoice Operations (CIO) processes for a specific cluster, within the Commercial Services Operations team of the global End to End Commercial (E2EC) Tower. The CIO team ensures that commercial customers' retrospective promotional invoices are tracked, validated and coded correctly, with proper record retention, so that cash and account management remains compliant and controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Own all Contract and Invoice Operations processes for the assigned cluster and provide quality assurance for them
• Liaise closely with cluster sales representatives to understand the context of each payment, payment terms, activation status and evidence provided
• Keep operations smooth and be flexible to support other operational agendas
• Work with the OTC shared service centre to enable invoice payment and with Sales on invoicing issues
• Ensure 100% compliance across invoicing and audits, own the KPIs for timely payments and report cash metrics

Required profile

• Fluent Italian and excellent business English
• Results-oriented, able to work to tight deadlines and aware of controls and risk management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a shared service centre environment and multi-tasking with precision
• Experience in invoicing operations; Power BI experience is a plus
