Controlling Business Analyst

About the role

Join Bosch's Hatvan plant, the world’s largest production centre for automotive electronics, as a Controlling Business Analyst. You will be responsible for the financial control of a production area, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage controlling activities for one production area.
• Collect data and actively participate in regular processes such as Business Plan and Current Forecast.
• Support decision‑making and highlight focus points for management.
• Provide consultancy with proactive proposals.
• Understand the complete profit & loss statement.
• Assist Business Partners in financial matters.

Required profile

• Economics BSc degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in economics, preferably controlling.
• Proactive attitude and critical thinking mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Confidence when interacting with senior management.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.
